MORTOR CONTROL PANEL

  • Motor Control Panel is an assembly to control some or all electric motors in a central location.
  • It consists of multiple enclosed sections having a common power bus and with each section containing a combination starter, which in turn consists of motor starter, fuses or circuit breaker, magnetic contactor and overload relay.
  • Motor control panel can also include push buttons, indicator lights, variable-frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, and metering equipment.
  • It may be combined with the electrical service entrance for the building.

CAPACITOR BANK PANEL

  • Capacitor Bank Panel improved the power factor by adding capacitive reactance in steps as per the power factor requirement.
  • Power factor controller constantly monitors the load (and power factor) of the system on LV Panel and automatic ally switch on/ off the capacitor steps to maintain the system power factor to the set value.
  • The result is a reduced apparent power and an improvement power factor, reducing power losses.
  • User can reduced cost and higher revenue by installing Capacitor Bank Panel.

ATS PANEL

  • Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) panel is a device that automatically transfers a power supply from its primary source to a backup source when it senses a failure or outage in the primary source.
  • When a failure occurs in a primary power system, the ATS invokes a standby power source, such as an uninterruptable power supply.
  • ATS can also start up more long-term backup power systems, such as local diesel generators, to run electric equipment until utility power is restored.
